Chef Julio Diaz

Tempering his passion for cooking at an early age, Chef Julio Diaz has been cooking for the majority life. Chef honed his culinary skills in France, where he trained at the Paris National Culinary School and later went on to complete an unpaid apprenticeship at Restaurant Les Berceaux in Champagne, France. Upon his return to the United States, Chef Julio began his professional career as a sous chef at Bistro Romano in Philadelphia. Chef has become an indispensable asset to every kitchen he walks into, including the prestigious Sands Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. With a resume stretching all over Florida and Puerto Rico, Chef Julio has brought his exquisite palate and creativity to Bridges Restaurant.
